Caller information collected during AI-handled calls is shared with the business that subscribes to Calrivo — this is the core function of the Service.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days by default; you may request earlier deletion at any time. Account data is retained for up to 7 years following account closure for legal, tax, and compliance purposes, then securely deleted.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
